Mailboxes could be rented for a period of 6 or 12 months. There are three mailbox sizes, each with its maximum number of users as well as maximum weight per piece of correspondence. There is no limit to the number of letters that could be received, only in the per-piece weight and total number of users. Packages are stored separately with notification slips deposited in the mailbox.

The box size rented determines how many can use the mail box. A medium box can, for example, receive correspondence and packages for four people and one company name for a total of 5 users. Each can receive even 1,000 pieces of mail and magazines a day without additional cost, as long as each piece does not exceed 500 grams and was not sent by the shipper with a tracking number. Boxes, and tracked envelopes (Fedex, UPS¦), are automatically processed as packages.
